Wescom Resources Group (WRG) announced it has converted San Antonio Federal Credit Union (SACU) onto their internet home banking and bill pay platforms. SACU, with assets of nearly $2 billion and more than 235,000 members, is now WRG’s largest hosted home banking client.
The WRG products were launched in conjunction with the credit union’s data conversion to Symitar’s Episys system on January 3. Since the January conversion, SACU members have completed more than 350,000 successful logins on Home Banking and paid more than 17,000 electronic bill payments. WRG is hosting the credit union’s applications in their data center, which is linked to the SACU Episys host in San Antonio, at its corporate headquarters in Pasadena, California. In addition, SACU expects to launch the following WRG products in the future: CU Integrator, eStatements with tax forms, Member Directed ACH and Alerts.
